GTA 4 City Boating
When you live in the big city, you sometimes need some recreation to help relax. Boating is a favorite for many. As the video demonstrates, boating does not always need to take place in the water.
How do you get to the top of the building? And how can you get a boat? You can get there through a quick helicopter ride (you just have to jump out near the ledge). The boats are punched in on the phone by calling (938)555-0100.
